Colerain Township home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Colerain Township fell by $77,000 while total sales decreased by 17.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,000 - a 34.2% decrease over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Colerain Township in June 2017.
