Harrison home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Harrison fell by $1,900 while total sales increased by 9.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,000 - a 1.3% decrease over the $149,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Harrison in June 2017.
