Deer Park home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Deer Park rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,000 - a 11% increase over the $136,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Deer Park in June 2017.
