Newtown home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Newtown rose by $18,000 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,000 - a 13.4% increase over the $134,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Newtown in June 2017, as well.
