Norwood home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Norwood rose by $19,800 while total sales increased by 55.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,800 - a 14.7% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Norwood in June 2017.
