Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $41,250 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,750 - a 27.6% increase over the $149,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Loveland in June 2017.
