Glendale home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Glendale fell by $109,500 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,500 - a 31.7% decrease over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Glendale in June 2017, as well.
