Anderson Township home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Anderson Township fell by $7,100 while total sales decreased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $249,900 - a 2.8% decrease over the $257,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Anderson Township in June 2017.
