Wyoming home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Wyoming rose by $89,500 while total sales increased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $348,000 - a 34.6% increase over the $258,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Wyoming in June 2017.
