Indian Hill home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Indian Hill fell by $135,000 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,085,000 - a 11.1% decrease over the $1,220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Indian Hill in June 2017.
