Lincoln Heights home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Lincoln Heights fell by $58,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $18,500 - a 75.8% decrease over the $76,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lincoln Heights in May 2017, as well.
