Reading home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Reading rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,000 - a 4.2% increase over the $118,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Reading in May 2017.
