Silverton home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Silverton rose by $8,625 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,375 - a 6.6% increase over the $129,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Silverton in May 2017.
