Anderson Township home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Anderson Township rose by $73,000 while total sales increased by 9.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 42.4% increase over the $172,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Anderson Township in May 2017.
