Kenwood home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Kenwood rose by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 4.6% increase over the $272,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Kenwood in May 2017.
