Wyoming home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Wyoming rose by $83,500 while total sales decreased by 61.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $412,000 - a 25.4% increase over the $328,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Wyoming in May 2017.
