Reading home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Reading fell by $9,596 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $106,405 - a 8.3% decrease over the $116,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Reading in April 2017.
