Woodlawn home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Woodlawn rose by $56,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,000 - a 83.6% increase over the $67,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Woodlawn in April 2017.
