Norwood home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Norwood rose by $21,750 while total sales increased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,250 - a 18.2% increase over the $119,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Norwood in April 2017.
