Sharonville home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Sharonville fell by $12,550 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,450 - a 7.8% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Sharonville in April 2017.
