North Bend home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in North Bend rose by $6,350 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,000 - a 2.9% increase over the $215,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in North Bend in April 2017.
