Kenwood home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Kenwood rose by $7,000 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 2.6% increase over the $273,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Kenwood in April 2017.
