Wyoming home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Wyoming rose by $87,900 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 38.7% increase over the $227,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Wyoming in April 2017.
