Mount Healthy Heights home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Mount Healthy Heights rose by $913,591 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $970,091 - a 1617% increase over the $56,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in April 2017.
