North College Hill home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in North College Hill rose by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $52,500 - a 7.1% increase over the $49,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in North College Hill in March 2017.
