Colerain Township home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Colerain Township fell by $77,375 while total sales decreased by 45%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,000 - a 49.5% decrease over the $156,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Colerain Township in March 2017.
