Reading home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Reading fell by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,000 - a 11.8% decrease over the $127,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Reading in March 2017.
