Sharonville home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Sharonville rose by $22,750 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,250 - a 13.2% increase over the $172,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Sharonville in March 2017.
