Wyoming home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Wyoming fell by $194,000 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,000 - a 49.7% decrease over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Wyoming in March 2017.
