Glendale home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Glendale rose by $302,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 310.3% increase over the $97,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Glendale in March 2017.
