Indian Hill home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Indian Hill rose by $52,000 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,000,000 - a 5.5% increase over the $948,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Indian Hill in March 2017.
