Sycamore Township home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Sycamore Township fell by $57,500 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,500 - a 42.6% decrease over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Sycamore Township in February 2017.
