Dent home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Dent fell by $7,900 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,000 - a 6.6% decrease over the $118,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Dent in February 2017.
