Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Loveland in Hamilton County fell by $64,050 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,900 - a 34.3% decrease over the $186,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Loveland in February 2017.
