Reading home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Reading rose by $68,010 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,000 - a 97.2% increase over the $69,990 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Reading in February 2017.
