Wyoming home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Wyoming rose by $27,400 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $181,150 - a 17.8% increase over the $153,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Wyoming in February 2017.
