Anderson Township home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Anderson Township rose by $97,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $256,000 - a 61% increase over the $159,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Anderson Township in February 2017.
