Woodlawn home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Woodlawn rose by $932,290 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $961,900 - a 3148.6% increase over the $29,610 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Woodlawn in February 2017.
