Colerain Township home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Colerain Township fell by $12,500 while total sales increased by 350%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,500 - a 11.9% decrease over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Colerain Township in January 2017.
