Norwood home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Norwood rose by $45,000 while total sales increased by 32%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 60% increase over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Norwood in January 2017.
