Wyoming home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Wyoming rose by $247,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $367,750 - a 206.5% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Wyoming in January 2017.
