Indian Hill home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Indian Hill fell by $222,500 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $575,000 - a 27.9% decrease over the $797,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Indian Hill in January 2017.
