Springfield Township home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Springfield Township fell by $47,255 while total sales decreased by 19%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,895 - a 36.3% decrease over the $130,150 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Springfield Township in December 2016.
