Reading home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Reading fell by $48,801 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,450 - a 36.6% decrease over the $133,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Reading in December 2016.
