Cincinnati home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Cincinnati fell by $25,900 while total sales decreased by 14.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 317 homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,000 - a 19.9% decrease over the $129,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 369 homes sold in Cincinnati in December 2016.
