Indian Hill home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Indian Hill rose by $78,500 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,141,000 - a 7.4% increase over the $1,062,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Indian Hill in December 2016.
