Golf Manor home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Golf Manor rose by $20,700 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $58,000 - a 55.5% increase over the $37,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Golf Manor in November 2016.
