North College Hill home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in North College Hill rose by $23,745 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,500 - a 44.2% increase over the $53,755 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in North College Hill in November 2016.
