Colerain Township home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Colerain Township fell by $78,750 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,250 - a 49.8% decrease over the $158,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Colerain Township in November 2016.
