Greenhills home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Greenhills rose by $19,250 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,250 - a 19.3% increase over the $100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Greenhills in November 2016.
